Isang araw, wala akong magawa sa bahay.. I have always been a fan of "sweets". Sakto naman na inutusan kami ni daddy mag grocery. I have been wanting to try doing yema balls.
Fingers crossed. Hehehehhe...
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
10 egg yolks
1 can condensed milk
butter
white sugar
Yes my dear. So i learned how to separate the egg yolk from the egg white. :) Madali lang naman. :) Just follow these simple steps:
- Mix the egg yolks and the condensed milk. Just make sure that you mix them well para mmaganda yung consistency pag niluto. :)
- Over super low fire, melt the butter. About 1 1/2 tablespoons will do. Para the batter will not stick to the pan. Unless you are using a non-stick pan.. wala kami nun e.. hehehehehe..
- Make sure na haluin nyo yung batter continuously para hindi masunog. Medyo nakakangawit but believe me, it will pay off! :) Just allow the batter to be dried a bit.
- Then, turn off your stove and we let the batter cool for a while. Pwede din ilagay sa ref para mas mabilis. :)
Here is what it looks like:
After letting it cool, time to do the balls!! :) Kahit anong trip nyong size pwede! :) Once you have chosen your preferred size, just roll it over sa white sugar and you're done!! :)
Here's my finished product!!
For me, nilagay ko sya sa ref for about 30 minutes before serving it.. It was perfect! :) Considering it was my first time to do it.. :)
Happy eating!!!
